LSWO Ofrenda: Time for Grieving the Loss of Social Workers, Family, and Friends.

During the Conference, we will have a moment of silence to remember family, friends, and colleagues we have lost during the Pandemic. Some of our social workers have Long term covid symptoms and some have yet to return to work, and some were forced to retire early. Then, some of our family members have passed on.

We would like to recognize the volunteers from the Portland State University Students of Color Collective who will prepare an alter for this conference. We will pass out index cards for you to write down the the names of loved one you have lost during this time.
